How can I order?
To order you must be a registered user. Registration is free of charge; it is made only once and will take you not more than a few minutes. Log in and enter the address. Then choose a delicious meal from the categories on the left side of the page. To order you must click on the button below the item. This will open your cart. Once you are done you have to click on the ORDER NOW button in the opened cart to go to the final confirmation of the order. Check that this is your final order and confirm it again.
Why should I register?
Registration is required to prevent misuse. In your next orders you will not need to re-enter your personal data and address because the system stores them at registration. However, you have the option at any time to add, delete and edit the addresses entered before.
What area the advantages of online food ordering?
The system provides you with a picture of the meals offered, current prices and calculates the total price of the order.
Who will deliver my meal?
Deliveries are made by Selena Pizzeria delivery man using a company car.
What payment options are available through internet ordering?
Orders are paid in cash on delivery upon the receipt of all meals, drinks and utensils ordered
Is it more expensive when you order online?
Prices of meals offered and their packaging are identical to those of the respective restaurant and the fact that you are ordering online does not make your order more.
Which are the delivery areas?
Selena Pizzeria delivers to all areas of the city of Varna and the resorts. Delivery charge is as follows: within the city – BGN 1,50, to St St Constantine and Helena – BGN 2,50, to Golden Sands – BGN 3,00. We also accept orders for Galata Residential Area – BGN 2,50, the village of Topoli and the town of Aksakovo – BGN 1,50.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time varies from 30 to 40 minutes for the city of Varna and from 40 to 60 minutes for the resorts.
What are Selena Pizzeria online opening hours?
Online delivery opening hours are from 10.00 to 24.00 h.
Is it certain that my order will be delivered?
Your order will be delivered. The operator will contact you if there is any inaccuracy. If you are not contacted within 3 minutes following the submission of your order, you can be sure that your order will be delivered.
Can I make a future or an advance ordering?
Yes, you can. The system allows you to choose the time of delivery, consistent with the restaurant opening hours.
Can I modify or adjust my order?
Your order can be adjusted or modified. The system allows you to delete already selected items from your order. However, when you click the ORDER NOW button and then the CONFIRM YOUR ORDER button, modifications are impossible. When you have activated the ORDER NOW button but you have still not confirmed your order, modifications are possible. The only option to cancel your order is to call the telephone numbers of the pizzeria. This should be made within 3 minutes of placing your order.
Can I add additional ingredients to meals?
The system allows you to do it. In your order, against every item there is an ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS button which directs you to a menu with possible additional ingredients to your meal.
Where can I enter some specific adjustments to be made to the meals ordered by me?
In your order, against every item there is an ADDITIONAL button which directs you to a window with a box below named DETAILS where you can enter your requirements or clarifications.
